Cash on Delivery, upon delivery

The items you selected from the "Toner Stream" online store, along with the anticipated shipping costs, can be paid by cash on delivery. Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods. This service is valid only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

By Bank Card

The items you selected from the "Toner Stream" online store, along with the anticipated shipping costs, can be paid in advance with a debit or credit card valid in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY). To make a successful payment, you need to:

• Register as a customer
• Select item(s) and quantity
• Choose a delivery method (or fill in a delivery address)
• Click the "Order" button
• Choose a payment method (if more than one is available)

When paying by card:

• A payment page of (BORICA) will open where you will enter your card details.
• If you are registered in the authentication schemes Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, an authentication page of your Issuing bank will open, where you will enter your authentication password.
• Upon successful transaction (authorization received), a message confirming the successful order will appear on the screen.

Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

The maximum transaction amount is 10,000 BGN.

If a refund of amounts paid by card for services contracted and performed by us is necessary, this will be done by us via a credit transaction to the card used for payment.

The transaction currency for card payments is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). If there are prices in other currencies on the website besides the Bulgarian Lev, they are for informational purposes only and may not match exactly with the amount charged to your card in the same currency.

Customer Data

• Card Data: "Toner Stream" as a merchant has no access to this data; only our servicing bank does.
• Authentication Data: "Toner Stream" as a merchant has no access to this data; only the Issuing bank of the card does.
• Customer Data Necessary for Delivery: Includes name, address, phone number, and email for filling in accurate delivery information or contacting the customer if further order details are needed.

To protect you from misuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

• Security during the input and transmission of card data is ensured by using an SSL protocol for encrypting the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.
• The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).
• In addition, to identify you as the cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, if you are registered to use them.

Through PayPal

The items you selected from the "Toner Stream" online store, along with the anticipated shipping costs, can be paid in advance through the PayPal system.
