In case of issues arising during the use of our products, you can take advantage of our warranty. Each purchased consumable (toner cartridge or drum module) is subject to complaint in the presence of a defect and a valid warranty period.
Dear customers, for each purchased consumable, you receive a 12-month warranty: from the date of purchase or until the consumable's capacity is depleted. The capacity of the consumables is expressed in the number of pages, formed based on 5% toner coverage* on an A4 paper sheet, and is based on the manufacturer's cited values, which we apply in the description of each product.
